Re: PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (Xbox One)

It's an "Xbox Game Preview" game, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the framerate isn't consistent.

Re: Madden 18 (PS4)

IMO, NFL 2K5 is still the pinnacle of simulation-style football videogames. Even now, the animation system of Madden has yet to come close to that of the 12-year-old classic.

Re: 2010/5/8: Neo Geo: Samurai Shodown, Samurai Shodown 2, Samurai Shodown 3

Re: Destiny 2 is 30 FPS regardless for the consoles WTH!

30 fps is acceptable for most console players. What they tend to care about more are resolution and image quality, which was why the PS4 has been winning the sales war against the Xbox One.

Re: LEGO City Undercover Nintendo Switch port requires 13GB install/requires the internet to start!

To be clear, both the physical retail and digital download versions of LGU requires a 13GB install.

The latter is not a big deal, as it's a current-gen AAA game, but the former is outrageous. It's a cheap move by the publisher who obviously doesn't want to pay for the cost of a 16GB memory card.

Re: Switch Impressions

(And lets keep in mind none of these are even in RROD ballpark) No web browser when the WiiU and 3DS have them - would be nice to have, but indifferent Overheating - Huh? How about stop covering the vent! No Netflix ...

Re: Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch)

The more I play the less I like exploring a huge world to find brittle weapons that break in one fight against trash mobs and then repeating. I thought it was one of the best design changes to the Zelda formula. It forces players to explore even more for rusty weapons or at least seek out enemies w...
