Re: What Franchises Need to Return

I keep hoping for a new James Bond game, so I'll throw that out here as well. I'd prefer if it weren't just a re-skin of a CoD-type game, with Bond being a killing machine. A first-person design with a nice combo of shooting, exploring/detective work, stealth, driving, on-rails shooting, fist fights...

Re: Recent Gaming Pick Ups

Just had a nice find on Craigslist. Bought roughly $325 worth (according to video game price charting, anyway) of Genesis stuff for $170. Included (all CIB): Ghostbusters Thunderforce III Hellfire Decap Attack Bio-Hazard Battle A few others, and a console and controllers. Everything looks and plays ...

Happy 20th Birthday, GoldenEye

I was mildly surprised this hadn't been mentioned on here - Friday was actually the 20th Birthday of GoldenEye. Whether you love it or feel it's aged poorly (or both!) it is hard to deny the success of this title. Many hours have been (and continue to be, for this fan) invested into this cart. Well ...

And now Daniel Craig has officially announced he's back. That makes this Bond fan quite happy.

Now, how about stinkin' game!

Re: Any word on a new James Bond game?

A new movie announced, but still waiting for anything on a new Bond game. Perhaps it's simply dead as a game franchise...

Re: Replacing Cartridge Batteries

A quick question: Is there any way to replace a dead battery in a Sega Genesis cart? Specifically the ones in Electronic Arts/ EA Sports games? I have a few EA sports titles in which the batteries inside have bit the dust, and I'm wondering if it's possible to replace/fix them without damaging the ...

Re: 2017/6/11: Sega Master System: Quartet, F-16 Fighting Falcon

In 1986, the movie Top Gun was an unexpected smash hit. If I had the game F-16 sitting on the shelf for the SG 1000, I would have felt the need for speed to get that out on the master system. The F-16 is the wrong jet, but no one cared. We just want that highway to the danger zone, although this pa...

Re: Pitfall Crocodile Jumping

As a big Bond fan, I've sen this a couple times in different places. But I've never thought to compare it to Pitfall!

Great stunt. I tend to like Live and Let Die more than most people...I think Jane Seymour is gorgeous in that movie.

I'm with you, pac. If this thing played Intellivision, Colecovision, & Odyssey 2 or something as well, I'd be all over it. The upgraded video alone isn't worth it for me.
