I agree that GE hasn't aged as well as say Halo, but it's still a very good game. Still one of the best movie games ever. The thing that drove me crazy even more than the missions where you needed to defend a target is the fact in singleplayer you flinch when you're hit, causing cheap repetitive dam...

Here's a few: In a racing game, running out of time and losing while you're in first place. Also, rubber-banding AI. In FPS games, getting hit and being unable to find what's hitting you. The reason the Game Gear can display more colors than the Master System is due to the fact the Game Gear displays less than half the pixels (160x144 vs. 256x192), allowing more VRAM to be used for higher color bit depths (up to 12bpp vs. 6bpp).
