Re: Anybody know if the servers for MW3 on the PS3 are still active?

Can anyone that still has a PS3 and Modern Warfare 3 do me a solid and pop that game in and try to play special ops online?

Re: E3.. The Hype Begins.

Why would Splatoon 2 be in that list?

Anybody know if the servers for MW3 on the PS3 are still active?

My friend and I were reminiscing the other day about how much we liked the Special Ops mode of the PS3 Modern Warfare games, and that got us wondering if we would still be able to dust off our PS3s and give it a try. Unfortunately for me, doing so would require me to buy a used PS3 because my last o...

Re: 2018/5/5: Nintendo Switch: Tiny Barbarian DX

Axiom Verge looks great but it is too expensive for what it is. This could not be further from the truth. I don't pay for graphics. I pay for game play, enjoyment, and time well spent. I got more time out of AV than any hyped-up, big budget title of recent memory. I had to force myself to get my mo...

Re: 2018/5/5: Nintendo Switch: Tiny Barbarian DX

It is funny people play this amazing new system to play games that would not have looked out of place on the game boy advance. Also when you read your reviews games are either very good (produced by Nintendo) or really average as they are produced by everyone else. It is still early days for the co...

Re: 2018/5/5: Nintendo Switch: Tiny Barbarian DX

Your opening line for this review is almost VERBATIM what I said to my wife during my first play of this game. I literally bought Tiny Barbarian because Axiom Verge had me on a retro high like never before, and I wanted to keep the momentum. Your entire review is my thoughts exactly, probably for th...

Re: 2018/4/7: Nintendo Switch: Axiom Verge

The reviews here always take the idiosyncrasies of specific ports into account. Axiom Verge may ideally be an A+ game (not that I've played it myself), but the Switch version is patently not ideal. Were the PS4 version reviewed, it would likely receive an A+ grade. I know how the grades work and wh...

Re: 2018/4/7: Nintendo Switch: Axiom Verge

As a show of appreciation for Tom Happ in creating one of my all-time favorite games, I went and bought the physical "Multiverse Edition" of Axiom Verge, which also got me the making-of documentary, the soundtrack (which went in my car CD player the moment I left the store I bought it from...
