Re: Wii U Console Review
If the Wii U has a B for the games, I'd say the Wii deserve higher than a B-. At least, the Wii wasn't starving for games 2 years after its release. I really had a mediocre experience with the Wii U, I only have like 10 Wii U games, some of them are terrible (Sonic Boom), while I own around 40 Wii g...

Anecdote : The European/Japanese title for Space Megaforce is Super Aleste. Power Strike is also known as Aleste in Japan, so Space Megaforce & Power Strike are actually from the same series.

Re: 2016/8/7: Nintendo 3DS: Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes
Then I'll pray, in case you don't have two friends owning a copy, that you won't find yourself playing with some troll players. I've seen some pretty nasty cases on Youtube, I personally wouldn't know since I usually play this with the same people with Skype enabled. We have some lag, but that's due...

Re: 2016/8/7: Nintendo 3DS: Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes
It's indeed a very different experience in multiplayer. I don't see how it's a chore with two other friends, it can be pretty hilarious even. The multiple challenges are great, and optional, like finishing the stage with an orb that limits your zone of action, doing the stage with less health, not u...

Re: 2015/12/16: Game Gear: Star Wars, Surf Ninjas
I thought the Game Gear version was a port of the Master System version, which was like the NES version but with better graphics.

Re: 2015/12/2: Wii U: Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash
Hey VGC, you should do a review on Nintendo's other Wii U holiday title, Xenoblade Chronicles X. Curious what you think of it, I don't typically play those types of games either. It would be difficult, near impossible even, as someone who owns the game. It's typically the type of game which doesn't...

Re: 2015/12/2: Wii U: Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash
Remember when Camelot used to release the legendary Shining Force games instead of worthless Mario Sports titles and a very good RPG once in a blue moon ?
Man, those were good times.
And even then on the GameCube these Mario Sports titles weren't bad at all. This just screams laziness all over.

Re: 2015/11/27: Playstation 3: Final Fantasy XIII
I thought it was kind of a chore to get through. Linear progression is one thing, but having it for most of the adventure can be a huge turn off. In FF X it wasn't bad for me. However in FF XIII... Christ... it's pretty much a field trip. The problem doesn't lie solely on the progression itself, but...

Re: Star Wars Battlefront Info?
There IS split-screen, but it still only works online, I think. From what I've heard, there might be some solo game modes, so these should be compatible with split-screen, but don't take my word for it. Also for some reason, the game is 900p/60FPS (PS4) or 720p/60FPS (One), but during split-screen, ...

Re: I like the Wii U Gamepad
Daaah, scratch that last one : nine to ten Pro Controllers at full price. I just failed at basic arithmetics. Just so that this message isn't simply to show how terrible I am at third grade maths, here's something else. The Gamepad is a bit fragile, I mean not REALLY fragile, but since I'm a student...
