Re: 2017/12/14: Playstation 4: Retro City Rampage DX, Tekken 7

Double mistake: The Retro City Rampage review lists the first Grand Theft Auto as a 1991 (!) release, and that game's review on the PlayStation page says 2001 (which is when the third game came out on the PS2). The correct year is 1998. I wish I had more to say about the reviews themselves, but neit...

Re: Worst Types of Levels?

You know what the most fun part of a Crash Bandicoot game is? Running from a boulder toward the camera.

Re: The PlayStation brand has scamed me on PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Experience 2017!

Seriously I think they should take a "Just give em what they want" mindset. If a customer takes the time to call about a concern or whatever just give em the game free. Why not? That customer will then continue buying in the future. Why piss off a customer over such petty stuff? The perso...

Re: RIP Wii U 5th birthday!

Do you just pick one sentence to read and respond to? You ignored my point that the Wii U and 3DS have different markets, and now you're ignoring my point that the loss of one character from a roster of over 50 is a drop in the bucket compared to the extensive Wii U features that weren't compromised...

Re: Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64)

Tiny-Huge Island or Wet-Dry World for me. I'm a sucker for gimmicky puzzle levels. If the castle itself counts as a level, that's another favorite.

Re: International vs U.S. versions.

That would be a valid point if they weren't different games designed around completely different balances of difficulty.

Re: International vs U.S. versions.

Be thankful that they didn't go the other way, like with Contra: Hard Corps. You die in three hits in the Japanese version, but only one in the American. It makes the game unplayable. This was supposedly done to encourage repeat rentals.

Re: RIP Wii U 5th birthday!

A little late with the response, but even if Nintendo just made the game for the Wii U and took a ginormous loss, it still would have helped the Wii U out in some way. ...You understand that the entire point of selling a video game console is to not lose money, right? The Wii U wasn't a person who ...

Re: Top 50 Console Games List REVISED!

Something I forgot to ask: Sonic 2 beat out Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles for inclusion here, but how would it have fared against Sonic 3 & Knuckles if you judged that as a single game? Most Sonic fans consider it the peak of the series (although I still prefer Sonic 2 myself).
