Re: 2017/10/14: Genesis: Bill Walsh College Football, Bill Walsh College Football '95

I'm enjoying all the 16 bit reviews. I think I still own the SEGA CD version of Walsh , need to go check and play a round.

Re: Street Fighter Blu Ray Reviews

Cool,I never saw that page before.

I had forgotten about the terrible (to me) Chun Li film! Chris Klein is AWFUL in a hilarious way though in this. Every single thing he says is awful! Check it out ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id7DLq7bpTw

Re: 2017/2/3: Super Nintendo: Earthworm Jim, Earthworm Jim 2

Nice to see a pair of EJ games reviewed (re-reviewed?). I'm not sure I ever tried the SNES versions of either , but I'd rate Genesis EJ at A+ and EJ2 at B.

Re: 2017/1/20: Genesis: Thunder Force III, Atomic Runner

Agreed, although it has been too many years to remember all the reasons why. Thunder Spirits is a SNES version, but TF3 is far far better. I remember finding Thunder Spirits and thinking how sucky it was compared to TF3.

Re: 2017/1/20: Genesis: Thunder Force III, Atomic Runner

I had a gaming party last weekend and we played Atomic Runner on my Retro-Pie. It's pretty hard at first, then my son finally got the hang of things and beat level 1 and some of level 2. At first we didn't realize you could jump on top of enemies, or ride the round things over the lava. So, thanks t...

Cool, Genesis reviews. I'm a fan of TF3, but never even heard of Atomic Runner. Will try it on Retro-PIE later.

Re: 2016/12/17: Atari 7800: Dungeon Stalker, Frenzy

Yes, they are homebrews. That's what AtariAge publishes - homebrews. I own both of these and I always give them a play when I hook up my 7800. The quality of [various different homebrews] them varies quite a bit - but almost every 7800 homebrew has been polished nicely. I wish I had more time and en...

Re: VGA to HDMI for Dreamcast

I'm jealous. Still using crappy composite cables DC to flat screen. I used to use s-video but tv's no longer support it. My TV also doesn't support vga cables. Will look into your solutions!
