Re: Question about Wonder Woman

Ludendorff was an actual German general from the First World War. His presence in Wonder Woman is a red herring, designed to fool the audience before Ares is finally revealed.

I think you are being harsh, Stalvern. Sure, the post has words spelled incorrectly and it could do with some punctuation marks, but I still understood the point Sonicx9 was trying to make.

Re: Why does EA hate Nintendo Switch so much?

I mean the recently released FIFA 18 port of the Nintendo Switch bombs with only 1% of the sales coming from it in the UK alone! Everything I've read so far about the Switch port would suggest EA handled it poorly, but I think the low sales can be attributed, perhaps, to a low install-base for spor...

Re: NFL Football viewership down

Oh suuuuurrreeee, I complain about a threat being political (when it actually was) and I get nothing but complaints. But this thread which could be "possibly" political has consensus that it is? Gimme a break! I think that's because most people agree that paying respect on 9/11 isn't poli...

Action Figures

Hello guys, I decided to create a forum post for action figures, after recently purchasing some Star Wars The Black Series figures from a local discount store. Now, I haven't bought Star Wars figures since I was nine, but thought they looked cool and were a good price. Anybody interested in action f...

Re: XBox 360 Backwards Compatibility?

Here's a list of Xbox games playable on Xbox 360: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_X ... ble_titles

It details which games run(PAL, NTSC) whether they support widescreen, 50Hz or 60Hz and notes on how they run.

Re: The Decline of Electric Guitars

With hindsight, Jay-Z headlining Glastonbury in 2008, making fun of Wonderwall with a white Strato around his neck, was a very bad sign of things to come. I think context is important here, Noel Gallagher said a rap artist shouldn't headline Glastonbury. Jay-Z coming out playing Noel's song was a g...

If digital purchases are tied to the console, can OP still transfer the games to his cousin's PS3?

Re: Is it possible to transfer PS1 Classics from one PS3 to another?

I don't have a PS3, but I do know games are tied to accounts and not consoles. If the digital games were purchased using your step-brother's account they will work on any PS3. Ask him to login to your cousin's PS3 and download them to your cousin's console. Of course, they could only be played using...

Re: Loudness Wars?

Did that happen to be from Alan Wilder of Depeche Mode fame? He made a remark about how one dimensional "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor" was. It was an article in the technology section of a newspaper. From memory I don't recall the Alan Wilder quote, but it's more than likely it w...
