Re: Worst Types of Levels?

Without a doubt it has to be water levels. To me, these were always the least fun, and it always seemed to be a bit of a chore to get through them.

Re: Underrated And Overlooked Albums

California by Mr. Bungle: Because it came out around the same time as Californiacation and because of the feud between Mike Patton and Anthony Kledis, this never got the recognition it deserved, but it's an amazing, brilliant album. There's so much attention to detail, and even though it's written ...

Re: Underrated And Overlooked Albums

One album I always thought that has been criminally overlooked and under appreciated was Point of Entry by Judas Priest. Probably because it was sandwiched between two of their most well known albums. Those being British Steel and Screaming for Vengeance. Also, P.O.E has a slightly more experimental...

Re: Best and worst sports consoles

Activision skiing on the 2600 looks good, as does Amiga's Mogul Maniac, and HES's My Golf, but I've never played those games. Activision's Skiing is a fun little game for sure. Simple, but fun. I've spent many an hour playing that one, trying to beat my best time over the years. Heck, I was even pl...

Re: Wrestling Game Reviews by Rockofhysteria

Love the review on Tecmo World Wrestling. That one was a blast to play back in the day, and it still holds up well today. And if you're looking for more old school wrestling games to review later on, might I suggest tag team Wrestling for the NES. To me, it was not only one of the absolute WORST wre...

Re: Best and worst sports consoles

Best consoles for me when it comes to sports games are the NES and Sega Genesis. And the worst? Probably the Atari 7800. Mainly because there's not a whole lot of sports titles for the system. And the ones they do have tend to be pretty bad.

Re: WWF Wrestlemania: Steel Cage Challenge (NES)

Such a cool title for a game, such a lousy, lazily executed effort. Disappointed dosen't even begin to describe how I felt when I played this one for the first time....

Re: C64 mini

Hmmm. Sounds interesting.I missed out on the C64 the first time around, so it'd be nice to get a hold of one of these just to see for myself how good some of the games were for it.

Re: Halloween Games?

Splatterhouse Wanpaki Grafitti, for the Famicom. It's basically a cute version of the Splatterhouse games on the Turbo Grafx-16 and Sega Genesis, but it's a real hoot to play. Very hard game, though, as you only get one life and a handful of continues to get through it.
