Re: Play while drinking icon

Always liked the icons on this site. Good choice for the drinking one by the way. Cocktails seem more refined then an empty bottle. Can't please everyone and trying to be family friendly begs the question. Does this not alienate the gamers that enjoy skittles while playing video games? It is like yo...

Re: Homemade reproduction labels

I have avoided buying some carts in the past because of bad labels but sometimes it can't be helped if the game is cheap enough. Very informative.

Re: 2017/5/31: Genesis: Desert Demolition, Bugs Bunny in Double Trouble

Always found Bugs Bunny in Double Trouble to be frustrating. Desert Demolition as well.

Not sure why the Looney Tunes Sega Genesis games seem to play worse then the Looney Tunes games on the Super Nintendo. Sylvester and Tweety is probably the only exception were the Genesis got a decent game.

Re: Turbografx toys and mods

Always wanted the Turbo Booster add-on. Price has always been a factor and seeing the plug on a/v mod really caught my interest. Been happy with a plain TurboGrafx-16. It would nice to own a CD attachment or a Turbo Duo. I have played some CD games with an emulator. Most are decent titles but compar...

Re: Outrun (Sega Master System)

Agree. It is not a bad racing for the Sega Master System.

Not sure if you are in to old computers? There was a Turbo Out Run released on some of the old 8-bits. Plus the Video Game Critic has reviewed Out Run 3-D.

Re: River Raid (Atari 2600)

Lucky man to have an understanding wife, Herschie.

The 2600 version was my favorite till I picked up a copy for the Atari 5200. Something about moving tanks trying to cross a bridge that gets blown up. Can't be helped the bridge has to be blown. The Video Game Critic worded it nicer in his review.

Re: Turbografx toys and mods

Thanks for the feedback. I like the idea of the exterior case. So many times sellers part out things like the exterior plastic casing or sell the TG-16 system without one which would work good for just leaving it attached without a case cover. Can't blame you for leaving it attached once seated. I h...

Re: eed some help with an Odyssey 2

Welcome to the world that is the Odyssey 2. Sounds like you have taken some of the right steps for trying to make it work. Glad Scotland had some more helpful directions to send your way. Sorry I can't offer any advice above what you have already tried. Wish you the best with getting your 02 working...

Re: Game Boy End Labels?

Cool display, Retro STrife. I use a zip-up binder. Add sports card displays pockets ones with nine pockets per sheet. Atari Lynx and GameBoy games fit well in the pockets. Also keep extra Intellivision overlays in them as well. For manuals I look for the divided two pocket sheets. Not good for displ...

Well written reviews. Seems worth the time tracking down the Arcade Classic 4: Defender & Joust to try with the Super GameBoy adaptor.
