New comics generally come out ever week, which means you could have a steady flow of regulars. Many comics shops carry similar mer...

With Blockbuster in the 90s, if you had content you needed to manufacture the DVD and put it at a Blockbuster. Netflix undercut Blockbuster with DVD by mail, and a huge selection and no late fees. Streaming has undercut that however - all sorts of content can skip the costs of making DVDs, and just ...

That's neat.

Its also a 'Could have been' with the RCA Studio II releasing years earlier (FRED: Flexible Recreational and Educational Device) in 1974, using audio cassette tape as a storage medium.

Re: is the raspberry pi console or pc good for retro games ?

In years past, the topic of emulation could spark some bad feeling about piracy, but I think its a fair question. Just the other day, a RetroPie article was posted on Ars Technica https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2018/06/one-upping-the-nes-classic-edition-with-the-raspberry-pi-3-and-retropie/ Emulatio...

Re: AVGN: Ready 4 Revenge (Blu Ray)

There were VHS tapes I had as a child filled with holiday specials that I watched a million times and would love to have for emotional reasons. Speaking from personal experience, get those irreplaceable homemade tapes converted into a digital format as soon as you can - you never know when you'll l...

Re: Why ARM architecture for the Nintendo Switch is better then X86 from PS4/Xbox One!

I think you should explore your opinions and your questions, not other peoples. You could say 'I heard this idea that...' and just enjoy the exploration of the argument's strengths and weaknesses. You don't need to take a stance if its not even your own opinion. I like Velcrozombie reminding us that...

I like that you can ask for an extra feature, at the cost of $25 an hour.
