Re: What video game system would you never sell off

Never in a million years would I sell my Genesis. Amen brother! To this day I play it ten times as much as my Xbox one, ps4 or wii u. There are so many gems on this console. Today I found another one called Misadventures of Flink. It's beautify animated with gorgeous graphics and tight gameplay. Se...

Re: 20th anniversary of Playstation

3d games haven't aged well for the most part. The more conservative with the 3d the better it has aged. Compare doom though for ps1 vs jaguar. The ps1 version could be considered the definitive version while the jaguar version barely playable. Doom on ps1 had amazing music and smooth gameplay. Jagua...

Re: 20th anniversary of Playstation

Seems like a lot of hate going around for PS1. This console was jaw dropping when it came out. Ridge Racer blew my mind as a teenager. There is a ton of games still great today on this console. My personal favorites are the jrpg's and shmups. Breath of fires, Final Fantasies,Dragon Quests, r-types, ...

Re: What video game system would you never sell off

I would never sell my JVC X eye or any of my games for the Genesis sega cd. It's my favorite console and I keep finding hidden gems I never knew about thanks to fan translation ports of Japanese games that never made it to NA. They also are still developing new Genesis games. My other console I love...

A week later I'm still playing it every day. Finally got to the final boss. Haven't beat it yet. I highly recommend any genesis fan to hunt down a fan translated copy and enjoy this hidden gem.

Re: Return of the Typo Thread!

I just fixed these. I'm kind of embarrassed that there were so many errors. Glad they are fixed. Funny about Lightening Force being spelling wrong. Thanks guys. Naming that game Lightening Force was such an embarrassing failure. Especially when it should have been called Thunder Force IV which is o...

Re: Return of the Typo Thread!

I noticed a typo in the title of a game even though you spelled it correctly the name of the game isn't correct. The game I'm talking about is Lightening Force for Sega Genesis. You spelled it Lightning force which is the correct way to spell it but the title of the game is actually Lightening Force .

I sold off my consoles I don't play. Here's what was just collecting dust.

I looked at my collection one day and noticed there where consoles I haven't played in over 6 months and had no interest in revisiting again. Anybody else have consoles they don't play and are thinking about getting rid of? First one to go was my Atari Jaguar. This console had a handful of decent ga...
