Is Sonic 2 the best Sonic Game?

After multiple playing sessions, I think it is. I love the first Sonic game, but it had a few flaws that prevent it from being perfect IMO. Marble Zone was pretty tedious, the game doesn't have as many moments of speed as I'd like it to have, and the lack of a spin dash makes it tougher to get past ...

Re: Excitebots Trick Racing (Wii)

Easily in my top 5 favorite Wii titles, and one of my all time favorites in general. It knocked my socks off the first time I played it, and it's pretty much the epitome of fun. Hell, even when I'm losing I'm still having a ball.

Always a favorite of mine to pull out with a few friends.

Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed

I've been playing this game on multiple platforms and DAMN is it good. Like really good. It might be the best racer I've ever played. I was already a fan of the first Sega All Stars racing game, but this blows it out of the water. Better controls, track design, graphics, sound, more alternate routes...

Your Desert Island Albums?

This thread is simple: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what albums would you listen to? (NO LIMITS AS TO HOW MANY YOU WOULD TAKE EITHER) In no particular order Deftones-Koi No Yokan Depeche Mode-Violator Massive Attack: Mezzanine Tool-Lateralus System of a Down-Toxicity Jeff Buckley: Grac...

Re: Favorite YouTube Gamers?

I don't watch too many YouTube gamers these days, but one that always appeals to me is penguinz0 (or Cr1TiKal). His videos are hilarious to me because of his dry, deadpan delivery and humor, as well as non sequitur jokes. He also makes more sports references than the average gamer, and it's a laugh ...

I have the 360 version (on CD no less), and yeah, it's way up there. Got it back in Christmas, 2010, and unleashing an army of plants has never been more fun.

Most Addicting Video Game of All Time?

I'm talking about games that are so fun you'll play them for hours upon hours upon hours without feeling the least bit bored. For me, these are arcade style games. Here's some of my candidates Crazy Taxi (Dreamcast) Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Genesis) Star Fox 64 (N64) Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 Puyo Puyo/...

Re: Sonic Drift (Game Gear)

I played Sonic Drift 2 a lot back in the day and always liked it. You have to navigate with the map to have a chance, but I always thought it was a pretty good game. I think Drift 2 is a little better than the first game. Drift 1 is nice but it's entirely too easy, even on the highest difficulty se...

Sonic Drift (Game Gear)

You may have noticed in one of the previous forums I said Sonic Drift was one of my least favorite 2D Sonic games, but also that I haven't played it in a while. Well recently, I just revisited it, as well as Sonic Drift 2, and boy was I wrong. This game is actually good! One thing I never took into ...
