Re: 2016/2/25: Dreamcast: Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Toy Story 2

You inspired me to play Toy Story 2 again and I agree with everything. The more complex stages later in the game really reveal the issues with the controls.

I was also disappointed that the game did not even acknowledge that I achieved 100% completion.

Re: Basic Cell Phone Users?

I was a basic phone user for many years after smartphones came along, until I finally gave in. Being someone who has a bad sense of direction, having GPS for the first time is awesome. I'm sitting around waiting for a prescription to be refilled and it's nice to have something to pass the time. I do...

Re: Toy Story games for the Dreamcast

I had both games as a kid (not for dreamcast though) and I agree with you 100%.

Re: Inconsistency with reviews that might need correction list.

I do have a small problem with the review for Legend of Dragoon. I really love the game and disagree with the D rating, but that's no big deal. What I do have an issue with is the fact that the review claims that "you have to tap eight buttons in sequential order, with a directional pad motion ...

Re: Poll - Which generation is the oldest you still play?

Generation 3. I grew up during gen 5 and 6, but thankfully I had a NES as well as several classic game compilations that allowed me to experience a wide variety of games when I was young so I not only enjoyed the latest releases, but classic games that most kids my age weren't playing. Unfortunately...

Re: 1080 Snowboarding (Nintendo 64)

No guys, please don't do that. I'm really enjoying the 65-75 (and sometimes more) degree temperatures that we've been having this winter. At least for the most part, it got pretty cold around Christmas time so maybe you guys played a lot of winter games then.

Re: House of the Dead 4 - PS3

I remember messing around with HOTD4 in the arcades, pretty enjoyable and I liked blowing up those giant crowds of zombies with the grenades. I'm quite surprised that it made it to the consoles.

Re: Your thoughts on Virtual Reality

Personally, I just want to play video games.

It is worth noting that no matter how good technology gets, the method of playing a video game on a traditional controller with a TV is the only method that continues to retain popularity with consumers year after year. No need to fix what isn't broken.

Newer GBA cartridge is messed up.

My Megaman Battle Network 6 cartridge does not save properly anymore. When I bought it brand new, I played it all they way through and left it in the drawer where all my GBA games are kept for the next years. I decided to play it again, so I played it a little and noticed that the game would tell me...
