Re: Garbage

Baltimore might as well be the rock n' roll capital. Everybody plays there. Never was a giant fan of Garbage, but I can admire their talent. I'm sorry, I just CAN'T STAND alternative, but I won't say that alternative is bad, it just isn't my cup of tea. Though if Rage got back together, expect me to...

Re: Monopoly (Sega Genesis)

Might have to give the Genesis Risk game a review as well. It's also well made, so long as you don't play the arcade mode. There's a big back catalog of interesting board game video games I've got that I can review, as well as a bunch of plug n' plays I've yet to get around to. Might as well get on ...

Monopoly (Sega Genesis)

This is a pretty damned good representation of the board game! For the 0.0003% of you who have NEVER played Monopoly, the goal is to bankrupt all of your opponents and come out on top. Along the way, you'll be beaten to death by rent, screwed over by taxes, have all of your investments TANK, be forc...

Re: Things in Video Games you Hate?

When playing God of War 2, for example, one second I'm absolutely OBLITERATING crap tons of enemies left and right, having the absolute time of my life, then not even 30 seconds later, BOOM, 3 minutes of unstoppable video. Why is this here? How about you let me CHOOSE to skip? If you are a story lov...

Re: Suggested Games for the Gamecube?

Wario World isn't terribly well known. It'll cost you more than the average no-name game for the system, but it's not highly sought after. However, I play it at least 2 times a year all the way through. I'd give it a shot.

UHD's pump out beautiful 4k. With colors so rich your eyes will melt. That is if they don't get cut by the sharpness of the image.

Re: Neo Geo component output

My Neo-Geo AES is hooked up to my PVM, so maybe that's the best route to play it with. I've had experience with the framemeister, it works very well. But the damned thing costs 500 dollars. It's ridiculous. But if you have a bunch of older consoles laying around, it's worthwhile. It's actually best ...

Unskippable dialogue. I don't give a damned about your story, let me enjoy the game.

Re: Neo Geo component output

You could try an external scaler like the Framemeister.

Re: The World is Not Enough (N64)

I'm the only one who thinks this, but this game is far better than Goldeneye. Listen, I PREFER Goldeneye, but The World is Not Enough is far more polished and enjoyable.
