Re: SNES Classic Announced

@CaptainCruch

I'd like to know why Killer Instinct wasn't included on the SNES Classic in the first place. I mean, wasn't that a pretty popular game in both the arcades and on the SNES back in the day? It would have been a fine addition to an already impressive list of games imho.

Re: Retro Freak for North America?

I just got done reading the tech specs for it (thanks for the link, by the way), and I gotta say that I hope that this will be released in North America sometime soon. This sounds like every retro gamer's dream come true.

Re: Dormant Sega Franchises

I know that it wasn't an exclusive franchise for Sega, but I'd like to see a new Earthworm Jim game on one or all of the new consoles with modern day graphics combined with old school style game play. I think that would be pretty wild to see what they could come up with...

Re: Photos of people playing home video games from way back

Was there ever an A.L.F game for the NES back in the day? Nah ALF had better tastes he was a Sega fan: IMG_0812.JPG It's too bad that game on the Master System was kind of terrible. And that's really a shame when you think about it. A good A.L.F game made by a great company like Capcom or Konami an...

Retro Bit Generations Plug n Play console.

I got one of these for Christmas, and for the most part I think it's a pretty cool little console for what it is. However, I've had a problem with some of the games crash on me, most notably Pizza Pop. It seems like whenever I sit down and play this game, it has an annoying habit of crashing a lot o...

Are you sure it was Star War and not a sub or tank game?
They look like Star Wars props, and are probably used by cosplayers as one.

Nope. It was definitely a Star Wars type of game.

Re: Old Handhelds

I didn't have a lot of handheld games growing up. But one that I have fond memories of was a Star Wars type game in which you held the game up to your eyes like a pair of binoculars and played it by pushing the buttons that were located on top of the game. It was pretty simple and straightforward s...
