Re: High Score Book

I've never been a very competitive gamer. I just play for fun. So I haven't ever recorded my high scores. However, I did recently acquire an older flash cart for my 7800 that saves high scores for some of the games and it's been kind of interesting to check my current score against past scores. I'm ...

Re: Obsolescence of mobile devices by online updates

I've been using the same LG flip phone for the last 13 years! This thing was cutting edge at the time. People are very surprised to hear that the phone used to have internet access as well as Verizon Superpages which included directions, weather, movies and yellow pages. All of those stopped working...

Great new review! I particularly like the descriptive word you created, "bad-assity." That's funny!

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

Yep, looks good. But there is one Atari game link still missing in Speedway II.

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

I agree. No sense in adding a bunch of extra listings with the same or very similar title to Atari's releases. But I do think you might want to add Baseball (Home Run) since those are different. Also I noticed a couple of errors: Speedway II Sears/Atari (Sears) Tank Plus Sear (s) Target Fun Sears/At...

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

Sorry, I didn't realize that link doesn't go directly to the Sears' titles. Use this one and change the company name to 'Sears' and it will show you all of the Sears' games. http://atariage.com/software_search.php?SystemID=2600

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

Still agonizing how to handle the Sears titles. I was going to enter a few of them today (with their own entries linking to the Atari versions), and thinking about using different screenshots for some variety. But then I noticed AtariAge.com doesn't even list those games! AtariAge has all of the Se...

Re: Looney Tunes Blu Rays

I have all of these on DVD. I love them, too, but have the same complaint as you. I used to have a bunch of VCR tapes of Looney Tunes that I recorded off the TV. I much prefer to watch them randomly like that instead of organized like the DVD's with all of the Bugs Bunny cartoons together and then a...

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

Yeah I'm thinking about adding all the Sears games. The problem is, there's like 50 of them! http://www4.ncsu.edu/~awwatkin/ATARI/2600/AtariSears.html So do I want to add 50 mostly-empty reviews? Now I'm leaning back towards the model of just using the "aka" in a single review. Especially...

Re: Sears Tele-cade Games

I didn't realize you were thinking about adding more Sears games. That could be quite a lot! I don't know if you really need to do that. Your reviews aren't a complete game database, they're reviews of the games you own. But if you would like to add some more of the Sears titles, I think just adding...
