At the end of the 1950s, Velcro was the fashion equivalent of virtual reality. It was supposed to replace buttons, snaps, zippers, etc. It found its niche, but like the Segway, fell far short of its promise.

This is another argument for physical media. True, but if digital eshops didn't exist, then most of these games wouldn't exist.
