Re: Haunting Ground (PS2)

It piqued my curiosity when it was new, but it seemed really twisted and strange in an odd way so I ended up passing on it. I think it has multiple endings too, for the only other thing that stands out after a decade or more since it first released. Must be one of the more expensive games in your co...

Re: Favorite sitcoms

Been rewatching Coach lately and see that it's not on my earlier list. So add another one to it. :)

Re: Fall Gaming?

You could fast track your Colecovision review of Bump 'n Jump. Been in your review queue for an awful long time now. Of course, it's obviously a game for all seasons. But since 1/4th of the time you're racing in a Fall setting, now is as good a time as any. Especially since for the life of me, I can...

Re: 2015/9/17: Xbox One: Rare Replay

Still puzzled that the Critic had to download some non-360 content here. Everything else I've read about this collection indicated that titles like Conker's Bad Fur Day were on the actual disc. My impression was that the only N64 titles that were supposed to be downloaded were Perfect Dark, Banjo Ka...

Re: 2015/9/17: Xbox One: Rare Replay

Did any of these games ever retain high scores though? Perhaps the Spectrum titles? The only one that I imagine certainly had this functionality originally would be Battletoads Arcade. Is the high score table that one likely has, reset every session instead of properly saved? And I'm confused that y...

Re: Fall Gaming?

Nintendo of America will prevent you from celebrating Halloween with any of the most recent entries in this series, but you've never reviewed Fatal Frame 3. This PS2 exclusive, the last before Nintendo got their claws on this franchise, is a fine game and doesn't go for an outrageous amount of money...

Re: Rare Replay (XboxOne)

The joys of modern gaming... I don't own a Xbox One, but it's well known that the Xbox One's 360 emulator, which Rare Replay is using for the 360 content, utilizes the cloud to enable cross-platform saving and such. Your error sounds exactly like what would happen on an actual Xbox 360 when you have...

Re: Rare Replay (XboxOne)

Sadly, only one original Xbox game is included though. Every other title here is running via emulation, although the N64 games all see a visual boost to varying degrees over original hardware. The two Banjo games and Perfect Dark are having their fine looking Xbox 360 remasterings emulated here via ...

Re: Is the Nintendo 3DS dying?

It's because children and the hinged handhelds don't make for a good match. I find it appealing since it's one less thing that could go wrong. If they'd just update it to include New 3DS functionality minus the enhanced 3D capabilities and enlarge the screen to XL proportions, I'd bite. I'd also lov...

Re: Konami Classics for 360

Reviving this thread since I just picked these up and want to complain. I was in the mood to play Rush'n Attack, the only one that I didn't download when they first released. No sense paying to download it now when I can buy it on disc. Anyways, adding to the list of issues here (The lack of content...
