Re: Pick only one console per generation.

1st: Haven't 2nd: 2600 3rd: NES 4th: Genesis 5th: N64 6th: GameCube 7th: 360 8th: Switch Haha, I wrote my list then looked back and saw yours is identical, including leaving out the first generation. The only difference is you answered the 8th generation. So I guess based on our tastes being aligne...

Re: Pick only one console per generation.

2600 - I’ve never played any other system from this generation. NES - My master system doesn’t get played often. I grew up with the NES and the list of classic games for it is overwhelming Genesis - This is pure nostalgia. I think the SNES is objectively the better system but I grew up playing Sonic...

Re: Favorite Home Alone Trap

Home Alone 2: Harry getting hit by a box of wrenches. This gets to me every time I see it. Thoughts? I like that one too. I worked a handyman job for my college while I was in school and one of my coworkers decided to push a tool cart down the stairs just for kicks. Here’s what I will say about tha...

Re: Would you remove this Pac-Man sticker? (with Poll) And, how do you feel about upgrades and multicade machines?

I hate when I see what looks like an original Pacman or Donkey Kong machine in a bar then I go up to it and it’s a multicade. I have no problem with multicades but just build a new case or buy one already built. Don’t ruin an old arcade machine to make one.

Re: Best snow levels?

Goldeneye: Severnaya. Both times! Oh man. Really? That second time has not aged well. Just blindly walking around in the dark is not fun to me. But I do enjoy it the first time. The bunker in multiplayer is snow outside too. That’s a good level. I love snow levels. Mario 3 has a good Ice world and ...

Re: Anyone exercise?

*if I had the ability to participate in a team sport (basketball, soccer, volleyball ), I would do this as much as I could. I hate every second of exercising, but ill play sports until I pass out. Maybe there’s a solo sport I can do at home? Probably doesn’t exist... There are a lot of sports leagu...

Re: The Switch as throwback gaming for adults

To be honest though, portables to me are kind of difficult to fit in, as places a lot of people use them, I'd rather use a book, and I have a massive reading list set for myself this year. I never use portables on planes or trips. Portables for me are great because I can play a game while my wife w...

I got Retro City Rampage for cheap—I think with the Humble Nintendo bundle—and really wanted to like it, but I felt the exact same way you did. Very stylish, but not fun to play. I didn’t make it too far in it.

Re: Minecraft Tell tale game on Xb1

Ah. Well i have never played Minecraft but if I ever do now I know to avoid the telltale game. Thanks for the impressions. I personally don’t think I could get tired of the tellale games. They’re perfect for my wife and I to play because when life interrupts (constantly) it’s easy to pause without w...

Re: Minecraft Tell tale game on Xb1

Have you played any other TellTale games? It seems like maybe you didn’t know what you were in for if you’re criticizing it for being wordy. Those games are best described as the video game equivalent of choose your own adventure novels. They made a Game of Thrones one I suspect you may enjoy, if yo...
