Script Writing?

Okay, pardon me again for asking kinda unusual questions, but I figure you guys might know about this more than most of of the people I know. I think I've said before that I like writing books. Since I also love video games, I've always thought that it would be cool to write the script and/or story ...

Re: Favorite YouTube Gamers?

I'm going to say something very controversial. I like PewDiePie. I find his unabashed, unscripted silliness in reaction to videogames to be humorous. Watching his videos, especially the earlier ones, it doesn't look like he was ever motivated by money or trying to make a career out of playing games...

Re: Would you buy Destiny GOTY?

I've never understood that. I get how the online part works. It's kinda like in the Souls games. But why didn't they include the option to play offline? Just like in Souls, being online doesn't seem like something that the game NEEDS.

Would you buy Destiny GOTY?

When most people complain about Destiny, it's because they don't think it has enough content. If a GOTY edition were to be released with all the DLC included, would that make it worth a purchase in your opinion?

Re: Favorite YouTube Gamers?

I like Peanutbuttergamer and Caddicarus pretty much for the same reasons. They're both hyperactive and funny, and besides reviews they also do things like top ten favorite [whatevers], or just funny game related videos. A little more than a week ago Caddicarus put out a video about all his favorite ...

Re: Favorite YouTube Gamers?

I don't think PewDiePie is "insipid" at all, though I don't really follow him that closely. I mainly follow Totalbiscuit, Angry Joe, Caddicarus, True Review, and a bunch of people in the Chaos Theatre like The Autarch, Joshscorcher, Fawful's Minion, RabbidLuigi, Quarter Guy, etc. Caddicar...

Favorite YouTube Gamers?

Do you follow any gamers or reviewers on YouTube? I like Peanutbuttergamer, Jontron, and Caddicarus.

Re: Minecraft for PS3

Another great review! I've never gotten past the tutorial in Minecraft because I just felt it wasn't for me, but now I'm not so sure that's true. Some of what you said reminds me a lot of Monster Hunter, another game that burdens the player with assigning meaning and narrative to their experiences....

Minecraft for PS3

Video Game Review: Minecraft for PS3 and 360 It’s rare that I’m as surprised by a game as I was by Minecraft. When it first came out on PC, I saw it and thought it looked boring, and couldn’t understand why it was so popular. Even when my friends started singing its praises, I couldn’t care less. Al...

On a slightly different topic, are any of you excited for Dragon's Dogma Online? Or, at least excited to learn more about it?
