Re: Rogue Legacy

I generally like it, but the fact that the difficulty is less dependent on your skill and more dependent on how much you've upgraded your character bugs me somewhat.

Re: Any good Sega games for PS3 ?

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection comes highly recommended if you're feeling nostalgic. It covers a ton of genres, and even if not all of the games are masterpieces, there's something for everybody.

No Man's Sky

Is anyone still excited for this game like I am? If you haven't heard of it, it's a first-person planetary exploration game that will supposedly be a major breakthrough for open-world games due to having a galaxy of 18 quintillion procedurally generated planets, all of which have unique flora and fa...

Re: Hard Games to Review

Any game that prioritizes story over gameplay. How do you judge it appropriately if the story is excellent but the gameplay itself is tedious?

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles on Virtual Console in US?

It's not on VC in the US yet, sad to say. There is a version available for the New 3DS (incompatible with the original 3DS), which is currently the easiest way to play it in the US.

Re: 2016/1/16: Xbox One: Rise of the Tomb Raider

I think a big reason for RotTR's low sales is the fact that it released on the same day as Fallout 4. That's almost like releasing your film on the same day as Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Re: 2016/1/23: Wii U: Yoshi's Wooly World

I found this to be the best Yoshi game since the original Yoshi's Island, but that may just be because of the mediocrity of the Yoshi games in between the two.

Watching Star Wars in Machete Order

If you haven't heard of watching the Star Wars movies in Machete order, I strongly recommend reading this: http://www.nomachetejuggling.com/2011/11/11/the-star-wars-saga-suggested-viewing-order/ It's a long read, but the arguments it makes for watching the movies in the order it introduces, Machete ...

Not a German, but considering you can play as terrorists in Counter-Strike, anything's possible.
