Homebrews

Postby pacman000 » March 16th, 2018, 5:42 pm

Don't think we have a thread for homebrew games yet. Instead of creating a new thread for each game which comes out let's post 'em all here:

http://www.zaku-lynx.com Cartoony side scrolling shooter for the Lynx. 6 years in development.

Thanks for posting this pacman. I’ve always been interested in the process and issues when making a homebrew and the creator’s comments regarding the challenges and solutions have been really enlightening. And it’s on the 7800, a system I’ve never owned but always wanted.

New 7800 game, in the system's hi-resolution graphics mode. Uses a micro controller in the cartridge to allow bank switching & better sound.

Homebrew reviews are listed with all other reviews for a given console, such as the review for Stay Frosty 2.

See the beer mug icon just below the grade? Clicking it takes you to a list of all the homebrew reviews.

This page explains what all the icons are, and likewise clicking on them will take you to a summary of the games tagged as such.
