Here is what I currently have:
Baseball Simulator 1.000
Baseball Stars
RBI Baseball
RBI Baseball II
Bases Loaded
NES Baseball
For all the positive reviews I had read about Baseball Stars & Bases loaded I personally found them to be average at best. I know it is just the NES and maybe my hopes are not very realistic.
I mostly like straight-up play (although I do appreciate the silly features of Simulator 1.000). I really enjoy RBI Baseball II the most, if just to see the player rosters from 1990. Where have you gone, Mel Hall?
Actually RBI II is a solid title. The ridiculous home runs from the first RBI game are gone, leaving a much more realistic gaming experience. After several games you can get a good feel at judging those fly balls in the outfield. It does take some practice though.
Are there any other quality NES baseball games that I am overlooking?

Base Wars is worthy of mentioning as well. Loved that game as a kid.

IMO, Little League Baseball Championship Series is one of the most fluid baseball games on the NES.

I have got to give Tecmo Baseball an honorable mention. It's really a pretty fun baseball game.
