I have a sony Trinitron to play my retro games.  It's great for playing games only capable of playing in composite, RF or even s-video.

However it's not the best way to play Dreamcast. Hook a dreamcast up to a nice LCD TV with a VGA box and you won't believe this game console came out in 1999.

A Dreamcast hooked up to a trinitron via RGB Scart offers more accurate color and better control response though (CRTs have infinitesimal input lag).

Mine is connected to a Panasonic 34" HD CRT via s-video.
