RCA Studio II Multi-cart

Perhaps it's time to add this console to your collection Critic. Especially now you can get a multi-cart. The reviews should be .... Interesting.

From an historical point of view it's worth it, only beat to the market by the Channel F. It's a curious cross of first and second generation design. It looks very much like a Pong console but does have programmable cartridges.

The controllers are horrible as they are number pads built into the console like an old Pong machine. The US version is black and white but the European clones are in colour. However the US version might be easier to obtain and of course easier for you to run.

Most games are basic, but I had a bit of fun with Space War and like the Channel F there is a small home brew scene.

How much would one of these things set a person back? I can only assume it'd be quite a lot, since prior to watching an AVGN video in which he mentioned this in passing while talking about Pong consoles, I've never even heard of this thing.
