Fun photos of gaming in yesteryear

This might be just pong, but this would be awesome in a man cave

How much would you say one of those would be worth in working condition?

Vintage? I have no idea of its value, but could you make one? A Pong unit wih detachable paddles or even a 2600 for the board, a small 13" CRT, etc. Hardest part might be the barrel.

It does look cool.

If I could go back in time, I think I'd try to go to that Time-Out arcade. I wish there were pics of the insides. Not only does the place look amazing, but this apparently was located in one of those old, boxy malls with no windows. Loved going to the mall as a kid. Always a treat. Sbarro pizza... arcade... record store...

I remember going to an arcade (which the name escapes me) in the Mondawmin Mall back in the early 80s. Was on the second level I believe. Place was HUGE. Further out from where I lived there was another arcade called Blazing Flippers, which was absolutely amazing. I remember walking past Centaur and hearing it say "Destroy Centaur". I turned around and thought "Wait, did that thing just TALK to me?".

Old memories.
