8BitDo Retro Receiver that they're selling.
http://www.8bitdo.com/They're actually already well known in the classic gaming community although they haven't seen much discussion around here. They also have a Super Nintendo version that they offer and hopefully a Nintendo 64 version someday (They now sell a wireless N64 controller produced in conjunction with RetroBit, but no N64 Retro Receiver exists as of yet to interface it and N64 memory cards to a real console).
