It's just the 8BitDo Retro Receiver that they're selling.

They also have a Super Nintendo version that they offer and hopefully a Nintendo 64 version someday (They now sell a wireless N64 controller produced in conjunction with RetroBit, but no N64 Retro Receiver exists as of yet to interface it and N64 memory cards to a real console).
