One reader recommended the game Anna Kournikova's Smash Court Tennis for the PS1, but when I look on Ebay, it appears that the game was only released in Europe. If this is the case, will it play on my American PS1?

No, the PS1 and PS2 are both region-blocked (the PS3 isn't, thankfully). I have a European PS1 and an American PS2 to get around this issue.

I believe there is a boot disc that you can use to play imports.
