Help! : N64 Troubleshooting

Help guys!

So, I have a N64,and it works,(somewhat) but there is a major problem with it.

The games work, but here is the deal, the games are in black and white, and the audio is nothing but static. If you have encountered this problem or have any answers why this is, please write back!

Thanks in advance!

I'm not an expert, but it sounds like they're might be a problem with your av cable. Try a different one.

Did you buy new ones??? GameCube AV Cables and N64 Cables are compatible,in fact I had to use N64 Cables for a while before I found my old ones.
