Is that case supposed to look like the Channel F!?
If so, cool.

I bet that was completely unintentional, but now that you bring it up - it does bear a resemblance.
The Fairchild Lives! Actually not, in that I don't think there really is a Fairchild Channel F emulator for this.
If you look on the indiegogo site, there is what might be a prototype model that looks far more Genesis model 1

That's a cool design too. Why didn't they use it? Trade dress violation?
Too bad it can't play Channel F games; I'd like to try some, they're historically significant, and they'd probably be cheap to license...provided you could figure out who owns them.

Love that retro lok with the wood grain finish and all that. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for this for sure.

Re: RetroEngine Sigma
Looking at the comments on the Indiegogo page for this, it appears to be riddled with numerous baffling firmware and software issues. I was on the verge of preordering one myself, but it appears to be a classic case of "too good to be true." Installing homebrew software on an original Wii or PSP isn't a perfect alternative to what this system promised, but it's nevertheless more reliable.
