Simple: buy the game, then return it.

I see it being the future. As long as consoles like the ps4 sell well, then there will be major updates. Though think if ET had got an update it might have turned into a great game rather than just a good game.
Yeah I loved it. I could never see what all the fuss was about.

Though as I said before I will not be getting this COD as the last one was the end for me. Though maybe it was blops3 that did it for me. A quality product but just not an original one.

Simpler: Skip it altogether. There is zero need in this world for another Call of Duty.

I think the success of the Switch is a rebuff of the anti-customer practices perpetrated on the gamer population in recent years. We're a forgiving bunch but enough it enough. When gaming becomes more aggravating than enjoyable, the scales tip. I think the publishers have pushed their luck and gamers are starting to be turned off.

I'm sure Switch games have online elements, but they are the exception, not the rule. My Switch is offline and it works fine. My Xbox One is practically useless offline. The PS4 falls somewhere in between.

Unfortunately on the Nintendo Switch NBA 2K18 requires Micro SD card/Internet to work: http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com ... nformation also, it is not the only game that blocks out core content with this gimmick. It has recently been conformed that both L.A. Noire Switch version and WWE 2K18 require Micro SD card/Internet as well!: http://nintendoeverything.com/l-a-noire ... -download/ and http://nintendoeverything.com/wwe-2k18s ... -download/ So these Nintendo Switch games should be avoided for the same reason. Thankfully the Nintendo Switch port of Doom 2016 only needs it for multiplayer as the core single player content is in the cart with no download required.: http://www.rollingstone.com/glixel/news ... gb-w504975

But for games that need it for core content then it is a scam!

Agree 100%, as this series needs to die out big time, so glad no Nintendo Switch port, we do not need this infamous series infesting the Nintendo Switch ever!

I'll throw this out, I was anti-CoD before Anti-CoD was cool, It's the worst series ever made even more so than Battlefield and mainly the series is joke material with 12 year old kids playing it all the time, What makes people think they won't be there tomorrow when WWII launches?

But boy people are mad now considering that several websites have found what looks to be rigging of online matches if people don't pay for micro transactions.. It smells like "Bribery".

I quit caring about the series after the first game as it wasn't enjoyable at all and was in no way the ultimate World War II experience, So this new game is probably going to be crap either way, Activision as I mentioned is one of those evils of the gaming world along with Nintendo and EA.

Micro transactions, ugh more reason not to get this game.

As for evils of the gaming I 100% agree with EA and Activision, but for Nintendo, yes they do shady stuff but the one thing Nintendo does better then the other 2 companies is make qaulity games something that EA and Activision suck at!

Update: Forgot to mention this as this is a few days old, but to make things worse their is a optional mission to watch people open loot boxes!: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2017- ... loot-boxes This is obviously advertising loot boxes in are face and gives more reasons not to get this game!

Even though the game got positive reviews from critics, it was panned/mixed by users on Metacritic.com/Steam/Amazon by comparison ! https://www.amazon.com/Call-Duty-WWII-P ... =srch&th=1 and https://www.amazon.com/Call-Duty-WWII-P ... 2Bww2&th=1 and https://www.amazon.com/Call-Duty-WWII-X ... 2Bww2&th=1 and http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstat ... -duty-wwii and http://www.metacritic.com/game/xbox-one ... -duty-wwii and http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/call-of-duty-wwii and http://store.steampowered.com/app/47660 ... Duty_WWII/.

To give more proof this game is hated by users it has a Crappy Games Wiki article to prove it sucks ass!:http://crappy-games.wikia.com/wiki/Call_of_Duty:_WWII
