IMO, the drop from 60 to 30 fps in an FPS isn't a huge of an issue for me on console as it would be on PC due to the slower and more restricted aiming on an analog stick vs. that on a mouse.
The bigger issue is the full retail price of a two-year old game that has already seen massive discounts -- I've seen a PC dl copy for under $10, the XB1 version for $13, and the PS4 version for $15.

I own this game for the switch and yes it is available on physical media that's the version I have. The download is indeed for Multiplayer it's not for the campaign. I played the PS4 version and well and other than the FR drop to 30 there isn't much difference if you liked the PS4 version you will like the Switch version. I think it's a great game on Switch
