Wii virtual console problem
Please help. When I play SNES, Genesis or NES games on my Wii's VC, the games tend to flicker or flash when ever I move the on screen character. This effect does not occur with the Neo - Geo or Turbo Grafx games. What could the problem be? Thanks for the help.

Could be your cables -
for example if you have the high end cables (I cant keep coponent and composite straight, must be composite) but your Wii is set to standard def, you will have problems.
ITs unders the screen section in the wii menu basement, SD and Expanded def.
Maybe that aint it, but I would give it a shot.
