Super NFL Football (Intellivision ECS)

I recently picked up the newly-released Super NFL Football which requires the ECS (computer) add-on. This game is pretty fantastic - well ahead of its time. Just one thing - does anyone know how to punt or kick a field goal in this thing? I can't see to find a formation that lets me. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out - it was buried on the bottom of a page in the instruction manual. Play #98 is punt, and #99 is field goal.
