I'm always lamenting about of lack of Steets of Rage style games so a reader recommended this.
It's pretty good! It's a 3D Streets of Rage, and while the controls could be better, the pacing and style of the game is dead on.
I think I like this game. Need to try the multiplayer. Review forthcoming.

Hint: To pick up a weapon, hold down on D-pad and press X and Y at the same time. Makes sense right?

was it me who recommended it? this looks like what streets of rage would be if it had a 3d installment. I've been looking at it for a while, and it definitely looks like a fun game.

It is fun! Except the difficulty is too hard and there's no option to adjust it. Only when you fail three times will it prompt you to switch to easy mode. That's dumb.
