Maybe I should get a bulldog! Those seem to be a man's dog.

As much as the little Maltese/Chihuahua gets on my nerves, she is extremely smart. She's the only dog I've ever met who thinks to go to the bathroom before she goes on a car trip. She really is an intelligent dog.

The pug, well, not so much!

Am I late? I just saw that Scotland was thinking about getting a bulldog, and I feel like I should weigh in on that. While bulldogs are awesome and I love them, I'll probably never get them. They're very susceptible to getting sick and having physical disorders, so you'll be bringing them to the vet almost every week. That makes them extremely expensive dogs. If you can afford it, then by all means go for it, but I don't want you adopting a dog like this without knowing what's in store.

Thanks for the heads up. I do like bulldogs, but too many vet bills I do not need.

I kid you not, I was wrestling with my dog WWE style on the bed. I had him pinned down, and the count was at 2 when he bopped me in the face with his paw, escaped, and then pinned me down for the win.

Well worth spending fifteen minutes with the tape roller getting all the hair off of the bed.

Was wondering what an animal shelter would do if a dog came in pregnant & I found these:

I can understand the logic, but it still makes me feel bad.

The white dog was put down in February. In front of my wife, I was comforting and caring. As soon as she left, I did the dance of joy. Can't say I like small dogs (rats?) much, and I don't miss the damn thing piddling all over the house.

Sure do love that pug though!
