Good reviews. Both look quite fun although I was never very fond of the Atari 5200 controls (who was?), probably the main reason I don't own one. Still, punching monkeys in the face is always a plus.

I haven't played the 5200 version of Kangaroo, but I really enjoyed the 2600 version back in the day. Good reviews. Both of these games were ahead of their time.

Nice reviews VGC. I have very fond memories of these games when they came out in the arcade. Just good, simple fun. Also, I frequented arcades a lot back then, and these two games were somewhat hard to find in my area, especially Kangaroo.
Two lines in your reviews that made me laugh (especially the Jungle Hunt line):
In Jungle Hunt: "You'll need to make contact with her on your second jump to save her, even if it means burying your head in her crotch."
In Kangaroo: "But get this, you can punch the monkeys in the face!"
Solid, funny reviews.

That Jungle Hunt review was terrific. Informative and laugh out loud funny. Great stuff.
I have to say, keep it up with the older/retro game reviews. It makes me quite happy to come to this site and see that the most recent reviews have been for the Atari 5200, Turbografx 16, Intellivision, Game Gear and Super Nintendo. Reviewing these older games are your bread and butter and what makes this site unique. So i'm always thrilled to see you go off and review a bunch of old stuff.
