Nintendo 64 Top Labels Review

This is pretty cool but the only thing I would be worried about would be lowering the price of several of the games if I ever decided to sell part of my collection. End labels are nice but I'm not a 100% sure how things like this would effect the price of the game. Still, this is definitely an interesting way to make your collection more appealing.

Nintendo 64 Top Labels Review

Wow. They look fantastic. I always liked the look of the N64 cartridges (contrary to some people) but the new labels are great.

Nintendo 64 Top Labels Review

I think I'm going to buy a set.  I tried displaying my N64 games on a slanted shelf, face forward, but it takes up too much space.

Now if they can do this for Jaguar and Atari 5200 games, that would be great.

Nintendo 64 Top Labels Review

Very cool concept.  I'm with Rev though.  I know if I was collecting N64 games, I wouldn't consider buying a cartridge with these end labels on it, because it's not natural or "pure".  It's a blemish from a collector's perspective, especially if there's any residue after removal.  That being said, for the retro gaming crowd, these things are pretty awesome.  If I came from that perspective, I'd love these things.

Critic... I wanted to follow up on this old review of N64 top labels, since I now have my N64 games on a shelf and I am considering buying some of these. (I don't know that the company you used still does them, but plenty of sellers have them on ebay.) As you see in the above post (as PSX), my concern at the time was whether it left residue when the label is removed. That concern remains. My goal would be to have the labels for display purposes, but I would want them to be easily removable if I want to sell a game. What is your experience with these labels in that situation? By all means, if anyone else has used them, please feel free to input as well.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Have you ever used Goo Gone or a similar product?
It's a chemical that easily remove residue like that from plastic. I use it quite often.
