Yeah, it's just a re-review, but I think this updated review does the game some justice. What do you think?

Pretty decent review. It definitely has more depth than other lightgun games.
With regards the accuracy issue I found something very interesting with my Interact Starfire. It was an inaccurate gun and it really annoyed me. Then one day when calibrating it (AGAIN) in an effort to get better accuracy I tried pressing the gun right up against the screen and firing point blank at each of the squares (with the gun held perpendicular to the screen) rather than from where I was sitting (it used to have trouble even registering some shots). Now I know this makes absolutely no sense at all but suddenly the gun was absolutely accurate. It shouldn't have been but it was. I can only put it down to some questionable coding in the gun's device driver. Anyway it might help you out.
I highly recommend the Starfire. It is dead on accurate (if the above is followed) and has all the extra modes. Machine gun fire with a rumble pack in is a lot of fun if you just want to mess around.

I agree the Starfire is the way to go, although none of the DC guns are that great. I'd stay away from the Mad Catz model.

Do you know of the best light-gun for the PS2? I have Time Crisis 3 and was wondering because I abhor the look of the Guncon 2.

The Guncon 2 is the only way to go for the PS2. It may look silly but it's super accurate.
