I LOVE BATMAN AND ROBIN (the game not the sucky movie).

Yes, it is too hard........but the level skip code is easy, BADBADLUC. It is far from being repetitive, there are BATWING shooter levels that play great. THE GRAPHICS ARE THE BEST I'VE SEEN ON GENESIS........I dont know how they did it, I swear to god it looks like a 32X or SNES game it is so colourful. The paralax scrolling is fantastic, especially the clouds moving over the Batwing, and IT EVEN HAS A 3D LEVEL. Because of the difficulty I'd give it a B-; I dont think critic is being fair since he admitted to liking the game.

SONIC SPINBALL, it seemed everyone loved this but me and I love Pinball games. THIS IS NOT PINBALL. I dont know WHAT the hell it is, but you feel as if every hit is a matter of luck. I just tried it again and it sucks. PLUS THEY STARTED WITH THE LAMEST LEVEL, the dark disgusting sewer stage. This game needs brighter colours and good control. I rank it with the GBA MARIO PINBALL as being an atrocity of a pin game.

Trivia......I'm still watching the old ALF DVDs......in the last episode he was playing SPACE INVADERS with a KRAFT JOYSTICK.......and he said "Hey, I think I know that guy in the top row."

When are you going to rereview Arrow Flash?

BTW, I thought Spinball was made because of the popularity of the pinball sim in the Casino Zone stages?

You are correct sir.......SONIC SPINBALL was inspired by the bonus stages. Again, they needed to lose the direct sonic controls and brighten the colours.......SS looks like a bad LSD trip.

I love ARROW FLASH........the opening anime of the girl was exciting for early 90's games. The problem is the robot mode, the only thing the robot has better than the ship is sheilds. Stick to the ship and its a good game.....the backgrounds are amazing, especially on Jupiter. Its a B+ game.

I probably posted something similar back when VGC reviewed Adventures of B&R the first time, but my son showed me it IS possible to beat. You have to play aggressively and pay attention to the patterns.

Years ago I was disappointed that this game is a run-n-gun, but I quickly grew to love it. Great visuals and sounds and motifs, and it doesn't take long to get good enough to at least get to the batwing part.  I'm too old and slow to beat such a game nowadays though.
