Is the film actually included as a separate disc on the PS2 SF Collection?
The quality of the picture is substandard though, almost VHS-like.  There's only so much data one can cram into a DVD disc, and "SF Anniversary" just didn't have enough bits of memory left to do the movie justice.  Also know that the version of the "Street Fighter" movie in this game is the edited one that removed the most bloody portions of the fights as well as the more risque scenes with Chun-Li in the shower.  Since the movie came for free with the game I didn't mind, but for movie purists the omissions (and the quality of the picture) will be severely off-putting.
