Some game for the snes

I forget the name for this great game but it was like, you were flying your jetpack, then all of a sudden you shrunk, one level is where you drive a tank on lego, you'd grab household items to protect yourself,it was for the snes, he had sun glasses, and kind of green. I cant remember the rest, but It was freaking awesome.

You are all wrong, it was an obscure title
called HARLEY'S HUMONGOUS ADVENTURE...EA made
it and it is reviewed in the Oct 1992 EG.
Check it out..jetpack, shrinking, lego blox,
I'm pretty sure this is the one...
