I can remember random tricks and skips and warps from a game I haven't played in 20 years?!?!? Watched some super Mario World speedruns, and I knew where everything was, despite not playing that game since the 90s.

Same here. Besides video game tricks, I've got things like the theme song for Gilligan's Island or being able to repeat verbatim Monty Python sketches taking up permanent residence in valuable brain real estate. See, I could've learned a second language or to play the piano .... cie le vie.
