I'll probably get heat for this, but for me, just one game comes to mind: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I've owned it once, made it through the first 4 dungeons or so, but despite acknowledging and appreciating how much of a masterpiece it truly was, I could just never get into it like I did all my other N64 games. I never really knew why, but I was always "meh" with it compared to the other Zelda games I played over the years (My personal favorites being Zelda 1 and Link to the Past.)

Minecraft
My kids love it, but it seems kinda dull to me.

Portal. Wastes a brilliantly puzzle-oriented mechanic on level designs that are way, way too straightforward for it. The thing feels like a tutorial until the last few stages, and then it's over, and it's barely been two hours since you started! And what could have been its saving grace, its weird quirkiness, was ruined in about a day by the Internet's mouth-breathing hordes. So glad that I got it as a gift instead of paying for it.
