Complete physical edition of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero with all of the DLC included, this is something the critic will want to review just to see the new content if the DLC is on the cart/disc. But he will likely go for the Nintendo Switch version as it is being released in the US and he prefer the Switch over the PS4 now!

Yes, it comes out 2/15/2018. Not sure how that lines up with the digital release but I think it’s pretty close if not same day. I believe it’s available to preorder as well.
