Incorrect Ebay listing - how to complain?

I'm tired of seeing people listing things on Ebay as "Very Good", when their offering clearly does not match that description. Exhibit A: Legend of Hero Tonma (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Legend-of-Hero-Tonma-TurboGrafx-16-1993-US-Version-/182632934424?epid=65623822&hash=item2a85c56c18:g:AxIAAOSwCkZZS~NS)
The item is listed as Very Good, which by Ebay's definition means "The cover art and liner notes are included. The VHS or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included."
I have contacted the seller who confirms that, no, none of those things are included and that it's JUST the Hu card. That's fine, but to Ebay rules that it should only be listed as Good. I wanted to report the listing to Ebay so they could correct it, but I don't find anywhere in their "Report Item" dropdown menus that allows you to report for a completely inaccurate description. Does anyone know of a good way to do this? I could just select something else and then write what my complaint 'actually' is, but I think it'd just end up in the trash at that point.

Copy the eBay item # and go here:

I can understand an item being listed incorrectly but unless you suspect that it is a fake or something (or is in absolutely terrible condition) I wouldn't report it. Most games on eBay don't follow the rules clearly so it seems like a never winning battle.

What makes me mad is when a game is listed as "like new" and it's the cartridge only!

I only bid or buy auctions that have the actual item of the auction pictured. I know it's getting rarer and rarer for sellers to do it, so I just get more selective and buy less. Stock photos are an instant pass. Too lazy to take a pic of the item tells me too lazy to give an accurate description.

To be fair, most people probably dont even read what the stipulations are behind those condition selection. On my ebay app, nothing even tells me what their rules are about it. I was doing the same thing. I would have an item that was in really good condition, so I would list it as such not even knowing that there was rules behind the selection I had.

Ebay has never been the most intuitive of platforms. Most people probably have no idea.
