Over-the-hill companies like Atari must employ an army of lawyers just to look for new and imaginative ways to make a buck on their ancient IP. Kind of sad, really.

This is like a chihuahua nipping at the heels of an enormous pitbull. Are Atari out of their minds to take on Nestle?
