I was disappointed the other day when I realized my light gun games wouldn't work on my plasma TV! It's a shame, because House of the Dead II (Dreamcast) looks incredible on it. Anyway I did a little research, and discovered that there is a gun designed to work with plasma TVs:

The good news is that it works with both Xbox and PS2 games (recall that Xbox's House of the Dead 3 also contains HotD2). The bad news is, it doesn't support two-player action. However, when I contacted them, they said they were going to release a two-player version around the holidays.
